There are two boarding locations, one in the north area and the other in the south area. Both require reservations at least one day in advance.

For flights to/from Kita Komatsu, winds will become stronger in the afternoon as temperatures rise. Please note that flights may be cancelled if the wind speed exceeds 4 m/s.
For cruise to/from Kita Komatsu, we recommend the morning when the wind is as light as possible.
In case of bad weather conditions such as strong winds, the northern cruise to/from the marina will be changed to a route around the southern area of Lake Biwa. If the wind and waves are still strong, the cruise will be suspended or cancelled.
