GLAM CRUISE BIWAKO Flow of Use
(1) Decide on your preferred date and time.
Please contact us at least one day in advance to make a reservation.
Example: From/to Kita-Komatsu / 90-minute course / 6 adults and 2 children, etc.
(3) We will discuss your reservation availability and other requests.
We will contact you the day or two before the tour to let you know whether the tour will be available or not, considering the weather and other factors.
No cancellation fee will be charged due to inclement weather. Please rest assured.
(5) Please pay the fare at the boarding gate on the day of the cruise.
Payment can be made by cash, credit card, PAYPAY and other barcode payment methods.
Cruise reservations will be accepted during the following time slots.
