ご予約の際にマナーパンツ（ベルト）着用をご案内していても、当日ウチの子は大丈夫と言って履かせない飼い主様や単純に忘れていたなどのお客様は少なからずいらっしゃいます。結果的にやはり粗相をしてしまいニオイがつき次のワンちゃんも粗相をする事態になっております。全てのお客様が快適にお過ごし頂けるようご理解、ご協力をお願いします。

大型犬のご乗船は頭数制限がござます。
船の積載最大重量制限や避難経路及び作業通路スペース確保、またレザーシート（座席）の保護の観点から頭数制限を行っております。大型犬（多頭）にてご乗船をご検討のお客様は事前にご相談ください。
Boarding from in front of your accommodation
Guests staying at lakeside accommodations on Lake Biwa (our partners) can board in front of their accommodations if they make a cruising reservation with us at least one day in advance.
Affiliated Facilities AFUMI / Matsunoura Villa
Please feel free to contact us if you plan to use a lakeside accommodation outside of our partnership.
Boarding is also possible from existing departure and arrival points (Marina Olive or North Komatsu Swimming Beach).
